easy-guard™ Fire Resistant Paint & Fire Protection Coating

The fire resistant paint for ultimate wall protection

New fire safety rules affecting all non-domestic premises in England and Wales (United Kingdom) came into force on 1 October 2006. If you are:

  • responsible for business premises
  • an employer or self-employed with business premises
  • a charity or voluntary organisation
  • a contractor with a degree of control over any premises… then you need to act now to ensure you have a suitable and sufficient risk assessment in place.

Highly effective fire retardent technology

When lives are at stake you must be assured that you have the best possible fire protection available.

easy-guard is a revolutionary fire resistant paint that is safe and easy to use. It can be applied over any existing paintwork and is available in a wide range of colours designed to improve and enhance the living environment.

Water based easy-guard is fully compliant with all fire standard regulations and in the worst case Warrington blue board test achieves a Class ‘0’ rating in just 3 coats.

For maximum durability easy-guard fire retardant paint can be over coated with easy-on protective coating. This complete system will provide over 20 years protection from graffiti, scuffing, bacteria and damage.

With its durable top coat, even graffiti removal can be carried out on a daily basis without compromising the fire protection finish, a common problem with other systems.

Ultimate fire and wall protection for over 20 years – easy-guard + easy-on.

easy-guard Fire Upgrading System

Fire Upgrade is a water based, low odour, single pack. Fire Upgrade system produces class 1 and Class 0 on plasterboard and also successfully upgrades the worst case scenario flammable Class 4 Warrington “Blue” Boards to Class 1.
